This is a renovation of a 33m² studio in the area of Kypseli Athens in a 60s block of flats. It was decided from the start the full replacement of the plumbing and electrical installations, as well as to put down the wall that separates the already small main space. In this way we could achieve more light and ventilation and still delimiting the sleeping area and living room with the furniture  of wardrobe. Our goal was to create a pleasant space for rent with a contemporary aesthetic in harmony with the existing elements of the apartment, which we chose to preserve, and to make a value-for-money renovation upgrading the apartment and achieving a higher renting fee that would give a short payback time.
