This is the conversion of a commercial space to a residence. It is a total 90 sqm mostly- open space with a mezzanine. Ornela and Joseph occupy the bedroom at the back while their son takes the bedroom at the top. We get lots of light from the big front openings which is good but we had to control during summertime so we employ clever shading devices.
