Dorylaiou 1 renovation

This is the refurbishment of ’69s 72 m² apartment of a residential building. There was total replacement of electrical and plumbing equipmant. The conventional room-by-room plan was converted into an open plan layout. The wooden floor was sanded and polished, and the old terrazzo was covered with dark grey epoxy color. All parts of bathroom and kitchen furnishing were replaced. The refurbishment costed 350€/m²
